Products are covered by Zezoo's 30 day Limited Warranty and Return Policy unless otherwise specified. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days.

Items must be shipped back to the Zezoo.com Returns Department with a copy of the original invoice and a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or reason of the return. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained before shipping anything back to Zezoo; any merchandise without an RMA number written on the outside of the carrier package will be refused. Items must arrive at Zezoo.com warehouse no later than 15 consecutive days of the original RMA issuance date. To obtain an RMA number please contact us at 954-570-3366.

Please be advised that warranty product(s) must be in the same condition as it was received including the original packaging and with no signs of physical or liquid damage. The warranty does not cover misuse, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, liquid damage, normal wear and tear from use of the product, or other acts which are not the responsibility of the product manufacturer, including damage or loss caused by shipping. Returns will not be accepted if packaging is not in its original condition.

Once the product is returned to us in a satisfactory condition, exchange of the item(s) or full refund, minus shipping charges, will be made within 15 days.

Zezoo will pay for all costs related to return and replacement shipping costs.

Buyer's remorse and size exchange

 

 

All costs related to shipping must be paid by the customer. For different size exchanges the original item must be received in Zezoo's warehouse prior the replacement is sent.

International Returns

 

 

For returns from outside of the United States the prepayment of customs, import duties and shipping are the full responsibility of the customer.

Clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn, with the original label/hang tag.

Books, CDs and DVDs

 

 

Books must be returned unused and unmarked.
CDs & DVDs must be returned unopened and still in their plastic wrap. If the item is defective, it can be returned within 30 days with a receipt and the original package. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title.

Cell phones have a 5 days DOA (dead on arrival) and a 30 day warranty.           

DOA warranty: Product(s) must be in like-new condition, with less than 30 minutes of usage. Products must be in the original packaging; including the original manufacturer's box inserts, documentation, warranty cards (not filled out or tampered with), manuals, and all accessories.

30 days warranty: Must be in like-new condition with no sign of physical or liquid  damage to be covered under this warranty. Upon receipt of a manufacturer’s defective product, the product will be repaired. In the unlikely event a product is not repairable, a replacement will be provided. Products may be replaced with one of like quality and value.

Grocery

Food items cannot be returned.

Beauty and Health items cannot be returned.
